ASDA, during the third period of PADRION Project implementation, is making significant moves towards the completion of its basic objectives. The development of a digital tool which aims to public services accessibility for all citizens and vulnerable groups, is gradually evolving.
At the third in-person meeting, held at the Egaleo City Hall on December 2 and 3, with the collaboration of ASDA and the Municipality of Egaleo, it was discussed how these goals can be transformed into a digital tool. During this meeting, a “six-moment digital tool workshop’ was organized, where the partners were divided into three clusters.
The Greek partners (PP5 & PP6) and the partners of Montenegro (PP7) took part on the same cluster. In this cluster we had to describe the characteristics and the common goal of the digital tool, as also the technical requirements for its design and a timetable for its implementation. In these clusters, we have already complete two online meetings in order to plan the digital tool prototype.
During the same period, the community of practice has been officially established, which includes public servant and experts who can assist in the design and implementation of the tool.
In this context, we have created communication material/video.
The program's objectives are taking a specific form which is expected to be completed and implemented in the next period.
